  We have used Allen Ford Leamington for a few years now and have always felt a very good sense of trust and great service from the team. Yearly services and MOTs have been easy to arrange and deal with on the day. The staff saved us £40+ when advising us what the best service was for us and advised us as asked on other issues.
  
  We'll certainly always look to Allen Ford before anywhere else when servicing and repairing our car.

  I am a previous AF customer, having bought my current smax from this dealer: this was not a great experience but I knew I which spec of car I wanted and they are local to me, simple I thought! Having been talked into buying additional premium pack and supaguard before, I told the salesman today I didn’t want extras just the car. I told him I didn’t want extra warranty, would rather buy a newer car with existing warranty.
  
  When it came to discussing figures I was given a piece of paper with one number plus ‘your car’ written on it. Quickly working it out I realised that my 4K part ex car would only be worth about 2k against the cash sum they were demanding. I asked why the part ex figure was not listed, salesman didn’t know, went back to the ‘decision maker’ it turns out they’d hidden £600 worth of unwanted extras in that cash balance, things I’d already said I didn’t want.
  
  I said I can’t agree a purchase without a full itemised quotation. Salesman said I couldn’t take the handwritten scrap paper with figures on it away to discuss with my husband, he’d give me paper and a pen to write numbers down myself.
  
  I thanked the salesman for his time, he was pleasant the car was superb but I can’t do business with hidden costs, no written quotation and to be told I couldn’t take the figures away was utterly ridiculous!
  
  Last time I bought a car there it was as bad and I promised myself I’d not do it again but wanted to give Ford a chance. It was a mistake. Buyer beware, the sales manager in the corner won’t come out and speak to you, he sends one of his long suffering team in and out with messages. Hiding costs is not acceptable in any industry and I’m amazed they can get repeat business when you can go to ford uk and specify exactly what you want with all costs upfront and honest.

  I saw the bad reviews here, but I thought naaah .. I'll give it a chance. Worst experience ever, they tried to trick me. Info kept hidden, stuff mysteriously only appeared on paper when I was about to do the final sign.
  Bought the car from somewhere else, and I'm very satisfied with the other dealer. The other extreme in professionalism.
